Rev. Dr. William BGK Harris – BsEE, MDv, DMin.
Pastor Harris is the Founder & Senior Pastor of the International Christian Fellowship, Inc. ; Atlanta, Georgia, a church that stands on four pillars (Spiritual/Culture/Social/Economic) as an interdenominational and international entity. ICF was established in 1986 and has grown to over 500 members. The once nomadic congregation worshipped from one location to the other including worshipping in a tent for two years before building a two-level brick building on four acres of land in Southeast Atlanta. The congregation later built  a large multi-purpose facility on an additional four acres of land. Pastor Harris has been happily married to Queeta Tolbert Harris for 32 years. This union was blessed with 7 children including triplet daughters and two granddaughters


He received a Diploma in Electronics from Booker Washington Institute, Kakata, Liberia in 1973. He also obtained a BsEE degree in Electrical Engineering fromTuskegee University in 1981. After his calling, he when to seminary and earned a MDiv from the  ITC of Atlanta University Center (Gammon Theological Seminary) in 1987. HE worked of about nineteen years with GEC Marconi Avionic as an Electrical Engineer in the disciplines of Quality Assurance, Reliability and Logistic Engineering. He was attended classes  at the Satcher Leadership Institute/Morehouse School of Medicine Leadership Program and earned a certificate in 2010.  He also attended the American Diversity Institute and received a certificate in Diversity Management in 2011. He received his Doctor of Ministry in 2012 form Adamsville Theological Seminary. Pastor Harris was ordained in the East Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church in 1984 by the late Bishop James S. Thomas.  Pastor Harris served as adjunct/part-time professor at Beulah Heights Bible College in Atlanta, GA for about three years. He is a Grant Writer who has written many grants and received funds for church projects. He
Supervises the Church Staff & Pastoral Staff. He supervised the construction of both building projects of ICF.


Pastor Harris is very active in the Liberia Community and the local communities. He is on several boards and member of many local organization. He enjoys writing and is the author of over twelve books (cultural & devotional) including: Spiritual Scoops Devotionals I & II); Harris Family Legacies Documentary - A Family History; West African Traditional Gospel Documentary – Book/DVD/CD Combo, A Health Resource Guide For West African Immigrants and African-Americans, My Kidney Story And Journey (2012)
